I want to say it was a few dollars extra for the Cauliflower crust, if I remember right. I think that is why I didn't try it before.

Last night I took Isabelle and Sophia out to IHOP for dinner, because Maddie was working and Julie was shopping, and we have lots of food in the fridge and freezer but that is reserved for this weekend, so it is off limits.

They had lots of great looking food (On the menu) but all of them were like 1000 calories, 2,000 calories, etc... I ordered one that I thought I would maybe like, but it was only 750 calories. Turns out I mostly liked it, but then there was options like Soup our Salad. Where I went wrong was with the soup.. it was high calorie, but it was small. However it was delicious. (Loaded Baked Potato Soup) Bacon and Cheese.

Jamie and I recently found some keto ice cream online, it's 5-8g of net carbs per pint! https://rebelcreamery.com/

We bought a six pack of the cookie dough and I thought the creaminess and flavor were pretty close to the real thing, at least from my taste bud's standpoint. Jamie and I both shared half over a movie, and both ended up with a light "hangover" headache from it the next day. It was really odd, and we haven't tried another pint yet but I'm curious to see if we experience it again. Her keto Facebook group swears by it so it may have just been a fluke thing with something else that we ate.

"Hangover" a pretty close example of exactly how I felt, no poopin'. It wasn't major pains in any way, just my body passive-aggressively disagreeing with my decisions the next morning . I didn't feel the greatest right after eating it either, but that wasn't too big of a deal. I think next time I'll just do 1/4 of a point instead of 1/2 in one sitting. I'm assuming that amount of sugar substitute wasn't playing well with my body.

As for Keto on Facebook, my group is "The Keto Man's Club". It's a great group of guys that just discuss everything Keto and even some general life discussions. I personally don't post but I pull quite a bit of info from there on a daily basis just from it popping up in my feed. Not sure on Jamie's group, but we're not welcome there anyways due to our gender

Tried the ice cream again last night and stopped before getting my half finished due to a mild headache coming on again. Never in my life have I had a headache due to food, but this may be the exception. I pounded about 32 oz of water before I went to bed in hopes of avoiding the "hangover" this morning and it seemed to work.

I'm not giving up on the ice cream, mostly just this specific flavor. I was reading reviews and some people also had some odd issues with it, I think next time we'll just go with vanilla or something else simple.
