leg might be getting infected- hand is slowly getting better

 

Took so long for your foot to heal, I hope your leg will heal quicker. I wonder if some strength training in your legs may force better blood circulation, to help with healing?

FLICK IT!! ( did you know that they can't use the word flick in all caps in a newspaper) i am eating what I want when I want for a week.

 

I did that over the weekend.. gained another 3 lbs..

Today's lunch is all veggies and a protein shake...

 

I had a real honest to goodness chocholate cookie yesterday-- they were giving them out free at hickory hutt in SAlina :-)

 

How is the leg doing?

When I get an ingrown infected toe nail, I put Super Glue in that area which holds the nail and the skin in place and they don't keep wearing into each other. I told the doctor this, and he said I was on to something.. The drying agent of the super glue would dry out the infection, and the holding strength of the glue would help prevent movement and pain.

don't know that it would help you to put it on your toes, but I thought I would share some useless info.

Yep, that is the same guy, the legend.... Now we can't keep superglue in the house, nobody trusts me with it. LOL!!

I brought a salad today, but I really wanted Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast, and a Five guys double burger for lunch... Which... is the reason I have to stick to a salad today for lunch.

 

I had a "PIZZA SALAD at pie five the other day- it was good. I had a califlower crust pizza there for lunch yesterday. and I was so full I had nothing for supper - and 2 hardboiled eggs this morning.

 

I haven't tried their cauliflower crust pizza. I should have. we ate there yesterday. I just had the pizza, but it was delicious.
