Counting the state park stickers on mine I've owned it for around 8 years now. (maybe 9). Seems like I've had it longer but at the same time that 8-9 years has flew by!

Question

My 7.3 Ltr baby was born on Feb. 19th, 2000, and we took delivery of her on March 9th, 2000...
We had her for 18+ yrs, and to say the least she has changed our lives...
[To long a story to get into here]
I've had her for almost 1/4 of my life...and put 275,000 miles on her..
Towed our camper for 14 yrs...
Amazing truck, still in good condition with no rust and no dents....
Usual nicks and scratches
I'm trying to figure out how I can drive it into a trench and us it as a SARCOPHAGUS [LOL]..

I think I got my 2004 in 2008 with about 42000 miles. It now has 168000 miles. Looked at a 2005 with a 6 liter the other day with 180000 on it. Two is better than one?

About a month into my 2002. I've been fixing lots of 'little' things, still have some bigger ones to address. Only has 426k miles so hoping to have it for many years.

Bought my used 04 X 4x4 Limited 6.0l in April 2005 with 13,000 miles. 13 years later still running strong with 146k on the clock. Bullet proofed it over the years and it has never run better. Sure wish Ford would make them again.

Back for the dealer pic bonus points...man it was wet, cold, and nasty that day. I'd do it all over again.

Bought my 2004 Limited 4x4 V10 in June 2011. It had 129K and just rolled over 200K. Wife said she wanted to keep it until it was completely wore out so I recently had it painted, replaced the front suspension (shocks, bushings) and a new set of tires. Hope to drive it another 8-10 years.
