Back lights, break lights, signals are not working I have a 1994 Mountain Aire, Newma

My rear running lights, break lights are not working all the sudden. I have headlights not sure of the console lights. I checked fuses under the dash and in back panal only one getting power are the two bottom fuses. I don't have the fuse box diagram so I am totally frustrated. Can anyone help get me on the right track. My Ford motor VIN. Starts with an 3FCM hope that helps. Thank you

This may sound crazy, but I have had twin-element brake/tail bulbs to shoot in such a way that the bulb internally shorted the two circuits, knocking both out.

The first time this happened, it almost drove me nuts before I found it.

This may not be your situation at all, but it is worth investigating.
