Hello!

New to this forum and kindly ask for some assistance. I´m rebuilding and repair a Luxliner, a 6 wheeler that was
built on E350 back in 1988. Can anyone identify the drum brake on the axle to the left on one of the
pictures and on the single picture? Is it Ford or is it not standard?

1988 E350 could have 12" x 3" or 12 1/8" x 3 1/2" rear brake shoes.

 

Since it's not a live axle and was added when the conversion was done, it could be from anything. My guess would be to see if it matches any trailer brakes.

 

EagleFreek may be on to something.. Scroll down on this page till you get the to hydraulic brakes... Maybe contact this company and see if they can identify it.

EagleFreek-of course-never thought about that. Its a 12 " x 2" trailer brake. Great. That was
very helpful.
