Pet ramp

Hello all
ive got two dogs that love to go for rides with me, but they are getting at an age where they are having difficulty getting in and out of the truck. Anyone have a recommendation for a good ramp that we can use to get them in and out of the back seat of the truck without chancing injuring them?
thanks
steve

I have a ramp that extends and is intended for getting a dog more easily into the bed of the truck, as it has an edge designed to rest against the edge of the tailgate. I found that the angle is somewhat steep with my new 2018 4x4...it was ok with my 2004 2x4. With that said, due to the angle, my dogs would have a hard time getting traction and would start sliding down backwards if going up too slowly. A ramp for your application may have the same issue, unless it fairly long to flatten out the angle. I have picked up my parents a few times with the new truck, and they have a difficult time with the height of the truck. For them, I bring along a small, single step stool/platform. With this they don't have as far to step up to get to the running boards, and then into the truck. Something like this, but a bit wider, may work for your dogs? They make plastic pet steps that could work also, just check out the dimensions for what may work.
