Maybe this is a long shot here..
I have a roof rack

that I bought recently second hand. It is missing two brackets for the gutter mounts.

I want to make these, because in my mind they appear to be simple. We will see... I have sheet aluminum I've cut to match the replacement parts.

Any tips or tricks to bend this into shaped???
