Well, this was SUPPOSED to be an easy slacking Friday. Yeah, so much for that. They want everyone to help bring sandbags into the protected area, in case the river rises up too much next week. I have some stuff that has to get done this morning. Then, I'm sure I'll be out helping with that. Should do wonders for my back.

 

Can you get an excuse from your back doctor??? Like right now.

 

Well, my supervisor knows my situation. He told me to just be careful, which I will.

It's just barely stiff, just in one little spot. Went back tot he back-cracker yesterday, fells a bit better after that. He did tell me last week this may take a week or two to be back to normal.

 

I have tweaked mine before, never to the point of going to the back cracker and some times it took more than a week before it felt really good.

 

I guess I actually sprained the one joint. That's why it's taking so long. But, since I got out of doing sand bags today, that makes me feel much better!

 

I saw that in Braska. Thank God for rotted wooden pallets....lol.

 

Truck loaded, Car on the trailer and loaded , gas tanks full. Road trip tomorrow.
