Hello All,

I own a 1994 ford ranger extended cab 4.0 liter v6, manual, 4x4 and i have 130,000 miles on it and the trany went out and front end is getting rebuilt. I would like to raise it up (suspension lift). I would also like advise on which lift..... and i would like to get alot more horseys out of the engine... Does anyone here have advise on parts (any subject) or what i can do... I work on a fishing boat and am gone alot so this is something i would have around 10,000 dollars to put into and alot of time to do it with... i want to make this my toy truck. I have owned 3 other rangers so i am fairly familiar with them.. just not souping them up... I live in alaska so we have plenty of wheeling opertunities... serious knowledge only.... i dont want a monster truck ... but want something that catches the eye... and as any ford ranger driver knows will be even better than they are offroad....

You may get a better response in the Ranger/BSeries forum, as you're 4.0 V6 isn't exactly a 4-banger.
