I use a local Mavrick quick stop. It has the typical car/pickup islands but has 3 lanes for big trucks. Those 3 lanes have DEF at the pump. It's not a big deal to use other than I have to run my card twice,Once for diesel and again for the DEF . Two transactions.
The pump ask all the Trucker questions. Unit #, Mileage, Refer or main Unit, A pain to answer all those question just to fuel a pick up. But more convienent to fill up DEF once every 5,000 miles.
Good call on the nozzle size. That never really crossed my mind...You COULDNT fill DEF with a high flow nozzle.

Like said above,It is a pain to keep walking back and forth cause of these semi pumps.Im stopping by the pumps again after work today and take another look.I had to of missed something cause you just can’t pump both of those though one hose.I might stick to the smaller pumps anyway so I can continue to use my CC.

UPDATE...So yea,I feel stupid.I went back to the new Speedway by my house and looked at the pumps again. What I didn’t see originally was the little door on the side of the pump.To me it looks like an access panel to the pump for maintenance and what not....Whatever,Now I know it’s the DEF nozzle inside the pump itself.I knew 100% the DEF couldn’t share the same hose as diesel but I didn’t have an answer as to why there were two buttons.

I think I was just nervous about the first fill up for the new truck and getting clean diesel, I just wasn’t thinking all the way though.
