Put a bulb in it! Bulbs are cheap.

Is the left front one working? Like McObra said, try a bulb,if your just looking at it,it might look okay. If stores are closed, use the right rear bulb to test.

In my initial request for help I stated that the bulb is ok. Tried new one. Nothing has changed. I will test further to see if socket has gone bad. I can't believe I am the only one. Thanks

Actually you said "Bulb ok" followed by a question mark. To me, that's asking if the bulb is ok.

OK. If the bulb is OK, then you have a wiring or connector or socket problem. Time to pull out the DVM and poke around.

I assume you got this figured out? My input at this point would be to say, don't assume that the bulb you purchased to replace the suspected bad one is good. I would make sure a good bulb won't work in the socket before I poke around a bunch. For it to be anything else besides the bulb is very rare. There are ways to test the bulb.
