2000 7.3 white smoke no boost no power

new here. hello everyone.been having problems for a while trying to diagnose this. just changed ebpv pedestal and valve,went with the delete kit. just changed both batteries. white smoke no boost. 1500 or so rpm starts to smoke. smells like fuel. does not stall. did some scans with friends snap on scanner. nothing major came up. but no engine light ever came on.turbo spins nice. no play. just replaced fuel filter new oil and filter and new air filter. truck starts and idles fine. buzz test seems ok. any sugestions? turbo shot? injectors?

2000 f-350 Lariet LE DRW 4X4 auto 4.10 gears .banks dynafact gauges 3 pillar pyro/egt,boost and trans temp.banks six gun diesel tuner,big head wastegate actuator,banks 4" exhaust,banks transcommand shift kit.mag-hytec trans pan.

Do you have boost and/or EGT gauges? Did it have this problem before you changed out the pedestal? If you have an IR thermometer a reading on each and every cylinder on the exhaust manifold could provide some useful information. Have you checked your connections at the UVCH, 42 pin and wire chafing at the 42 pin where the harness rubs on the VC?

i had this problem before changing pedestal. i have boost,egt and trans temp guage. i will look into checking the harness and the temps.

Check fuel pressure.
Low fuel pressure causes all kinds of problems and won't set a check engine light. You may have clogged screens in the tank. Hutch/Harpoon mod will take care of them permanently.

we had 58 to 61 psi at idle and load at fuel bowl. and i also cleaned out bowl numerous times.

Check the MAP Sensor for proper values. And, Tube for Cracks, Chafing, connections etc.

That is good fuel pressure at idle, what is it when you are applying throttle?

it was 58 idle went up to 61 at revving. now i added some injector cleaner. it was stumbling at 1300 rpm. now after battery swap and injector cleaner working its way in. it stumbles at almost 2000 rpm then the white smoke.

Map sensor psi at idle is 12. Rev sitting.it went down a little to 10.

Are you sure? That doesn't sound right. MAP should read atmospheric pressure (around 14.7 psi) with key on engine off and go up from there. These engines don't pull a vacuum. I know throwing parts at these trucks can get old, but it sounds like you have a bad MAP sensor. As another poster recommended, check the tube and all the connections to it and swap it with a known good unit if possible.

my 6 gun tuner is hooked up. that usually drops the map a bit.i read.

When diagnosing engine problems remove tuner first.

Key on map 14 psi. When I had tuner off. All tests no different. I will unkook it though.

no before. changed ebpv and pedestal delete because of an air leak that i thought was problem. now not sure if turbo shot or fuel related.
