The round ball will be the most comfortable if you need to shift a lot.

Big Mack was an 'R' Model Twin rear tractor I drove for a time shuttlin' trailers. Other Macks I'm known to be around a lot were the 'B' Model Round-Cabs. This hood ornament was off the 'R' model I wanted to buy, but it was sold out from under me....

It's finally done! Sorry about taking so long, family always comes first... my 1/2 hole was just a smidge too small. I ended up using a sanding roll to open it up until it just barely fit, then coated the hole with grey silicone and finally drove it on with a dead blow. For those interested, the final size of the hole measured out to .570-ish.

Man those were some good old trucks. I've worked on a few of those, but i normally spend all my time around the kw's.
