2004 freestar 4.2 can i install in 98 ford f150???






is it possiable to used this engine in my 98 ford f150? i need to replace plumn intake harmonic balancer flywheel, any help greatly apreciated?? my 98 ford is a styleside short box 4x4 manual tranny

Bell housing bolt pattern is different on the front wheel drive 4.2L engines.
