1949 F1 AOD swap

Hi Everyone,
I searched previous but couldnít find the info I needed so I experimented a little and would like to share what I found. Iím putting an AOD into my truck a 1949 Ford and needed a front yoke that would work for my existing driveshaft that I will be shortening. I found a 1986 Mustang GT (donít know if different) front yoke fits the stock front u-joint same exact size saves a lot of work finding the correct ujoint and then remembering what it was when need a new one. This way it will always be the stock ujoint. Hereís a few pictures.
