1966 Fuel Filler Hole Cover

Does anyone make a fuel filler hole weld-in cover for the '66? I'm relocating the gas tank. Someone found this MAC part number 48-29108-1, but it's for the F1. I can get an old cab fuel fill area cutout of a commercial vehicle that doesn't have the fill in the cab from FlashbackF100s.com and weld it in. I was hoping for an easier and better way than replacing all that sheet metal.
Again, any help is greatly appreciated!

A phone call ould verify if they are the same diameter. But don’t you think it would be coolest to just insert a beer can or your choice?

Get a piece of sheetmetal of the correct gage, shape it to the required contour (you cab do this by lightly tapping the piece over a hollow (eg: an "offcut" piece of 3" or 4" pipe)
Trim any flange, or recess off the original opening in the cab corner, then fit your patch piece flush, and buttweld it in place.....

As far as a patch piece from a heavy truck cab, they generally had the hole for an in-cab tank, just like the lighter trucks, which was filled with a large "Blind Grommet"

Thanks James for the photos and the fabrication comments. I was hoping not to have to shape too much metal, but I will try my hand at shaping that piece. I would rather not cut the cab upper corner out anyway.
Thanks also for the information on the heavy truck cab. If I go that route, I'll have to request a photo prior to purchasing the section at the filler area just to make sure I'm not getting the same thing that I have now.
