He was trying to tell me that was trading it in on a new 70k truck, but I still dont believe it for one second. He also said the dealer is the one who told him how rare it is. LOL

With that many miles,I doubt they would even want it and if they did take it,they would just to do him a favor and hide the cost in fees and or possibly give him a grand or so for it.You don't get anything from trading in on such an old truck.Makes you wonder how swindlers like this guy can sleep at night.Perhaps he doesn't care cus this is how he makes a living but some folks work very hard for their money. How satisfying can any amount of money be,if you don't earn it? Wish we could round up these type and ship 'em off to mars or something.

Exactly right. With well over a quarter millions miles on it.It's still very cool! It's now a 4wd diesel bronc with cool custom leather interior. It's not to say an honest guy shouldn't try and ask a nice penny for it.A fair asking is 5-8k all easy even with the high miles, simply due to the fact it would cost so much to try and make your own.

Oh.She's completely worthless then. You wouldn't even want to buy it for parts and strip it cus the po po could show up and haul her off on ya at anytime and your out all the $.If a feller wanted it,he better buy it outright, strip and scrap it quick lol! Even with the parts swapped into another project or trying to make quick sales on parts, you'd always be looking over your shoulder.I wouldn't touch it.

Im not quite sure what you are asking. But I think you are asking why would a dana 60, sterling 10.25, 7.3 powerstroke, E4OD and 4407 t-case AND VIN NUMBER be any different than swapping in a d44, 8.8, 302, 4R70W, 1356 t-case.
But your original question of "What is this thing really, a cut down (edit 97) 350 by Centurion, nothing more?" was answered by......"a Centurion bronco that someone put a 97 F350s drivetrain in"
Then their is the whole legal issue of swapping vin plates

Centurian made a 4 door bronco.(along with other companies) Some looked 100% stock(other than being 4 door) while others hd woodgrain, lights, TV, grab handles etc.
They came in 150 format(C150) and F350 format(C350)
I cant say I have ever seen a 2 door centurion bronco but that does not mean they didn't make one
Also, they NEVER made 97 bronco of any variety
