Welcome! Looks like your A-Team is raring to get started. Good thing as your frame appears to be floating off the ground.

Are you planning to use the full length of the donor frame?

Hey Agent,
Welcome Aboard! Your project looks like fun!
I'm curious why you are headed to a new frame? Tell us more about your plan when you get a chance.

Agent 008, welcome to FTE the best Ford truck Forum on the world wide web!

Thanks for the pictures of your truck and crew. But we will need more. What kind of bed is on it? What kind of bed will you put on it. It's great that you are fixing up a family owned truck!

The reason for the frame swap is that all the components on the motorhome are everything I want and the frame width is correct. Dana 70hd rear, heavy front with dual piston disk brakes all around. I will shorten the frame so I can get a 10’ flatbed on it. More pics as I get it out of the shed and disassembled. The pic shows the magic floating frame secret!
