I'm just glad I got a great deal on my '03 Lariat Scab FX4, because if I liked the styling of the new F 150 I'd be upset. I still can't warm up to the looks of it. The proportions (bed,window,front grill height to length) just look strange. The interior is pretty nice as well as power upgrades, but geeez that body.

It's a matter of a styling pendelum-right now it's oversized big and boxy. In a few years it will be some new aero look.

I do believe the '97-'03 model years continued the tradition of "the best selling truck er vehicle in America"
