Send me a PM on the price and of any other stuff you may be thinking about selling, I have another nephew that's really into FE's, he has a 427 in his 64 Galaxy factory 4 spd car but is working on building a 48? stroker.
He's collected a number of PSE performance parts over the years.
I have to look around. I have seven shops, with "stuff" in them. I know I have a spare C6 transmission, a 9inch housing, with axles, 31 spline, also a 4.11 differential for that setup. I gave away a bunch of FE valves, pistons, heads, rocker arm components. I know I have a 427 crank. I have an extra Edelbrock rpm intake, but it has been stage II ported for the Falcons heads. "not for sale" , also just purchased an extra Moser 4.11 differential set up for 35 spline axles with a spool.
Also not for sale.
As for the tires and wheels, I think it would be cheaper for him to just find some wheels without tires in KY.
I checked online and the tires are around $250 each. I think I purchased them from Summit, and they have been kept inside one of our shops, so they are in good condition. I want to sell them as a unit.
The Falcon has way to much horsepower to run these tires on the street. As it is now, i have to run 6 pounds of air pressure and use VHT to get it to hook up with our drag slicks. I can't fit a larger tire in my wheel wells. Next step would be to tub it, of which I don't want to do at this point. At this point I want to take the nitrous out and use a throttle stop to get it into the low 10's. I might just keep the nitrous in, "turned off" just in case a chebby wants to play and he is in the 9's.
