I would presume so
I have no idea just how prepared the truck may or may not be - some cars already have the power lead under the carpet but I have no idea if ford did that in our trucks
but something to know is that you'll need a circuit breaker , not a fuse in your power supply as when the motor reaches end of travel the fuse will blow , every time if you don't take your finger off the button in time
same goes for power windows and locks

I actually ended up doing this recently. I replaced the bench seat in my truck with the electric seats and center console out of a 2002 Expy. There were no power cables under the seat (just the cable for the airbag light) so I ran power under the center console to one of the power wires on the rear of the OBD ii port, and then ran the ground to one of the seat bolts.
