Gt40 heads on 351w

Gt40 heads on 351w
I have a 351w eith d80e heads. I'd like better flow, so I'm considering pulling some gt40s.
I know that I have to drill the bolt holes, but is there anything else required?
is it the pitch on the heads that makes a 351w different from a 5.0? Meaning, will I have to use a 5.0 intake?
Would I be better off just finding e7te heads?
if anyone has done this swap, could you help me out and tell me all I nees to do to make these heads work? I can't find a straight answer.
Thanks!

You don't have to drill or change anything. I did this swap a few years ago. Bolt em on torque em down and go. You will nee.d GT40 intake gaskets to match the larger ports. The 351 block is taller and wider than a 302. That's basically the only difference as far as the intakes go in bolting them on.
