Apple Festival and car show

Every year at this time we go camping at Pine Grove furnace State Park and go to the National Apple Harvest Festival held at the South Mountain Fairgrounds in Adams county. I used the ‘54 to pull the camper. Here’s some pictures.

Does your 55 ever overheat pulling that big camper?

It hasn’t yet. Although it was running hotter on the way back than on the way out. Dennis

Great pictures. I've seen the log-cutting engines around here too. Fun to watch.
Thanks for posting these.

I changed my 3.92 rear to a 4.27. That helped a lot. My 239 has been hopped up. It was bored +.125 and now has a crank from a 312 in it. It scoots along pretty good. Dennis

It has an Edelbrock 354 intake and an Isky E-4 cam.
