I recently acquired a 2015 Lincoln Navigator. Everything seems to be working with 2 exceptions:

1) when any door is opened or button pushed on the remote the interior lights are supposed to come on. (dome lights) They do not. The Rear interior dome will manually switch on and works but when in the center position where it is actuated by door opening it does not illuminate.
2) Remote start does not work. I press Lock then the start button 2x and the car gives a single beep or horn honk and does not start.

Where do I start? (haha)

 

 

Thanks I checked menu in the system for remote start. There's no setting for the dome lights other than the timeout for how long they stay on and it is set to 30 seconds. Remote start system is enabled with a check.
