Disconnecting fuel line

Nice job Hooter! Seriously , NICE JOB!
Where are all the photos of the Hutch Mod. that you must have done?
Did you get any indication of what might have been the way that blue clip was (supposed) to be removed after you had it out?
It seems likely the answer is no from your post above but just wondering if you had some thought?
Special tool or maybe just 2 small straight tip screw drivers? Or is this some clip that has to move laterally with the fuel line and then comes out. When I remove it I would like to (try) to get it out as it's supposed to come off. But will likely also destroy it.
P.S. When can you come to my house and do mine just like that!!!!! LOL DDT

One issue I did have was the 3/8 compression fitting cracked the nut while tightening. Didn't even get 1 full turn in after hand tight. Both sides.
For those who think I over tightened, when I unscrewed the nut, I was still able to get the ferrule to slide off . I just think it was defective.

Yeah, I get the Harpoon don't seem that hard. Just like to see what other people do for the HUTCH.
Everyone seems to do there own little versions. Just wondered if you did anything different or maybe had any advice that has not already been posted 100 times so far about how to do it....LOL DDT
