To each their own but a little too mono color and chopping these old trucks just doesn't appeal to me . On the plus side looks to be nicely done , not overdone and very nice stance . Some of the " builders " lately have built trucks that are almost unrecognizable .

^Agree 100% with your assessment. I think this one has been on sale for a while. They either want too much, it's "too customized", or both.

It needs something. It almost looks like they extended the front end to fit that engine? It really looks odd. Too much overhang in the front. I didn't think that there was that much difference between the '48-50 fender and the '51-52.

I guess if your in the business of building customs ,you do need to change things up, for it to be called a custom . After studying what parts were in my plus column and which were in my minus one. I think if they left the wing windows (ventilators) and converted the cowl vent to an intake it would have helped the body lines. The chop seems like it goes with the custom look, not to radical and wasn't over the top in my opinion. Its a custom and for that reason alone I think it suites its purpose. That said I like the stock body lines much better . It seems to be very well done which I do appreciate. A nice toy for some body with the financial means, but I would not trade for mine , Mine is far from perfect but I built it, for better or worse, it's me..

Actually looking closer that line I was talking about appears to be pinstripe.

100% agreed, I like it smothed too, but bumpers need to be on it, also if they should be closer to the body to fit the "custom style"..
