2000 f250 running rough, now not starting

Hey, guys. I was hoping for a little help. A few days ago my uncle was driving the truck and said it was running fine, then he shut if off, made a phone call and started it back up. It sounds terrible, running very rough. Limped it home and hooked it up to autoenginuity, got the following error codes

P1670 electronic feedback signal not detected
P1316 injector driver module codes detected
P0470 exhaust pressure sensor( I think this one has always been on there)
P0261 cylinder 1 injector circuit low
P1295 injector multiple faults-bank 1
P0605 internal control module read only memory error
P0263 cylinder1 injector circuit contribution/balance fault
P0269 cylinder 3 injector circuit contribution/balance fault
P0275 cylinder 5 injector circuit contribution/balance fault
P0281 cylinder 7 injector circuit contribution/balance fault

Some of those I got when i ran the injector buzz test and the cylinder test. Now, after I cleared the codes the truck won't start. About 5 years ago we had the same symptoms I believe (although different error codes I think) and the problem was the pigtail connector for the injectors on the drivers side. Do you think this could be the same thing except on the passengers side? Didn't want to start tearing everything apart to get to it if any of you thought there might be something easier to check first or something else that might be wrong. Thanks for any help!

All on one side I'd suspect wiring on the passenger's side. Check around the 42 pin for worn/shorted wires where they rub on the valve cover while you're at it but concentrate on your UVCH connections on the passenger's side.

Google nine pin ohm test or glow plug ohm test. There are good write ups on here on how to do.

Thanks for the info guys. I changed the gasket harness last night and still have problems. It seemed to run a little smoother when I first started it up after changing, but the second time I started it and sounded worse then before. Only error codes I get now are
P1316 injector driver module codes detected
P0261 cylinder 1 injector circuit low
I will google the nine pin test now and start testing wires.

Well, I'm an idiot. Found the problem. Walleye Hunter had it right. wire was rubbing on the valve cover. I really should have looked there first! haha. oh well, Thanks for the help!
