1964 Flareside fit on a 79 frame

I really like the looks of a Flareside. I have a 1966 ford f100 on a 1979 ford 150 4x4 frame. I have a chance to get a 1960 and or a 64 Flareside bed. Will they fit on the 79 frame along with the 66 cab?

The 64 will for sure you will just need to take the front cab mounts off the 64 and modify them by taking a small wedge out to make it flat. The front frame horns will have to be cut down to make the bumper sit closer. The box will have a slight angle to it which will need to be dealt with to make it sit level. Just remember the back holes of the cab are your reference point.

I would think the 60 would work as well but I haven't done that swap, you'd have to get the measuring tape out and do some calculate, but really anything is doable with time money and fabrication skills.
