Fuel tank

Having a problem with my forward gas tank overflowing while the engine is running. It overflows even when I’m running off the rear tank. The gas runs right out of the filler under the cap. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

All too common fuel cross-flow problem on these trucks. What year, model, engine truck do you have?
