Has anyone used the Scorpion 1059 pedestal mounted 1.73 ratio roller rockers on their 300 1987-97 EFI head?

Are they mounted on a 5/16" stud in the original hole with a poly lock or are they bolted down with a 5/16 bolt and shimmed to correct setting?

Do you have to mill or modify the pedestal?

Any pictures of an installed setup?

I have never seen 5/16" grade 8 studs and poly locks?

Where can they be found?

 

Isky makes 5/16 fine pitch polylocks. I run them on my daily driver with stock cast rockers...stud mount. Wanted a better fastener to keep things in check under the valve cover.

 

Why would you want studs and locks on pedestal rockers?
