I read the forums pretty regularly and never heard of anything about the 2011s vacuum pump bolts getting loose. I guess that will be one more thing to check when I do oil changes. What other issues are their with the 2011s? is their a thread dedicated to it?

Yep pretty much a 2011 issue as they were improperly torqued from the factory. I seriously doubt you'll have any more problems.

I'll add that I'm certainly not worried about checking it every oil change. I have not checked it since July.

Thanks, I haven't had a chance to inspect their work. I hope for the money I paid they cleaned up the mess.

I experienced the same oil leak on my 2014 F350 over the last two weeks. I self-diagnosed the issue as the vacuum pump bolts by reading the forums. I took it to Vista Ford in Oxnard, CA this morning. I told the service advisor about what I thought it was and asked him to check warranty coverage as well. My truck is 59 months old with 49,900 miles. They added dye to the oil and checked for leaks with a black light. It did turn out to be leaking at the vacuum pump. They replaced the vacuum pump gasket and were able to get it covered under the powertrain warranty. All is good!

Where’s the vacuum pump at? I want to check mine and make sure they are tight.
