Can anyone educate me on what these 2 plugs are located near the spare tire? Drivers side of a 2018 CCSB f350 Lariat fx4.

Thanks!!

I just noticed those on my 18' today also. Maybe for the bed connectors to add a trailer 7 pin connection?

I thought that as well - I'm planning on having the factory 5th wheel prep installed, so it'd be cool if those harnesses are already there.

Trailer camera and trailer tpms ? I know it's back there and if you get ether bumper of bed hook up they swap out the current 7way to one with other connectors for that.

Trailer camera and tpms connector is above the spare, right in front of the rear bumper. I believe that is the connectors for the 5er kit. I looked those up some time ago but dont remember.

That is the connection that goes to my plug in the bed. The small gray wire to the far left on the 6 prong plug is back up lights for anyone adding extra reverse lights to there truck.

CMTrucks - that's handy to know; I'm getting ready to install my aux LED reverse lights and was wondering which wire I was going to use as my feed.

have you or anyone else wired a tailgate light bar here. I don’t have my 18’ F-350 yet, but I too thought this was for the Trailer camera and TPMS OPTION that I ordered.

There was a post on here where a guy used the taillight wire to Power a light and was having issue with the truck thinking a trailer was connected and therefore, turning off his blis. I ended up hooking my backup lights to an upfitter as I wanted to be able to control the lights.

yeah I guess that’s why I’m asking in my 16 F-150 I just didn’t bother because I just didn’t want to tie the tailgate light bar into each tail light. So was thinking if this harness is for light accessories ( which I suspect it’s not nor for the in bed 5th wheel 7 way pin either) I’d perhaps try a 60” tailgate light bar. I believe the trailer camera and TPMS is a 12 pin so not really sure. I’ll find it in the manual though.

Those plugs have the in-bed gooseneck harness plugged into them in my truck. IIRC, the 2 pin is the hot and ground and the 6 pin has the other 5. I could be wrong on that.
