oil pickup tube/screen for 4wd

Does anyone know about a oil pickup screen available for 360/390 for a 76 f150-I know that the Melling p/n# is 57-s3 but it is now obsolete. Don't mind paying for a new or aftermarket
piece, it is for a stock oil pan. Any help would be appreciated----thank you very much.

If you want NOS I have one. PM me for details.

Otherwise, you can run a Canton 16-871 Pickup assembly https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ctr-16-871

The NOS would be more expensive than the Canton.

I run the Canton 16-871 in my 390 stroker. My engine builder verified the clearance for it was fine.

Next to impossible to find one NOS, I poked around for one on my rebuild also, good to know the Canton is out there and will fit that pan. The pan itself is a pain to find unless you want a Melodon $$$$ deep pan.... You can find the 2x2 stuff all day....

Maddog and Jakeharp, -Thanx for your replies, I went ahead and ordered the Canton pickup tube. I did find a Pan from a small parts store that had a used one. So I was fortunate. Idid call Summit and and talked to Tech Support-they said it would not work but I went with your experience, they said if I "tweaked" it it would be ok or send it back.

How long did it take you to find the rear sump FE oil pan? Was it local or did you have to cast a pretty wide net?

It took me about a month to find a rear sump pan and NOS pickup assembly when I was searching.

I searched local and the Spokane, WA area but being that I work for O'Reilly Auto Parts part-time, I knew a local guy that has a small parts store and had some older parts and he
had 1 left and a another local small mechanic shop had a good used pick-up tube as well -Thank God. But I will keep the pickup as a stand by and use the pan w/the new pickup.
I might have a couple of friends that have some old ford ranch trucks and am going to see if I can get some parts, or buy the trucks for parts if necessary.
