Not sure what kind of money these are worth..
But if it was single wheel , I'd be all over it

I'd be checking the carfax for sure. It could have a tampered with or swapped odometer. I got burned by that on my first 7.3.
also, if it was a fleet vehicle, it could have a massive amount of engine hours. There's a 7.3 for sale where I live with 50k miles. It was an airport truck that most likely has 10k+ engine hours.

That's about 37,000 miles. Here's a Canadian 2002 F-450 dually (7.3litre) that I saw listed for around USD 29,400 with about 70,000 miles.

For the record, our current 2nd vehicle came from QC as I could not find one equipped the way I wanted anywhere else in Canada at the right price. I did run the Canadian CarProof report (like CarFax), I talked to the dealer who sold & serviced the vehicle and I traced down and talked with the previous owner too. All checked out and the vehicle has been trouble free for us for 3 years.

Good ideas..
But with a vehicle from these part of the country..
There are easier ways to tell mileage..
Crawl under the vehicle and you'll know quick time !

In short, the 7.3 likes to work and work hard, not sit. Lots of condensation and parts that should be moving just sitting still and doing nothing. JMO based on experience. I'd buy a higher rmileage well maintained truck that was worked hard over one that just sat parked with infrequent use.

Maybe I was lucky but when I bought my truck a few years ago it was possibly the lowest mileage 7.3 in the world, 19k KM's with provenance to back it up. It was over 1000 miles from home & I had a couple of friends fly out & drive it back, everything was original including the tires with a '99 date code. It ran a little rough to begin with but by the time the guys got it home a couple of tank fulls of fresh fuel had smoothed out the running .
A good service with new fluids & filters & it runs like a Swiss watch, a very noisy Swiss watch! I've only had to do normal maintenance & put new tires all round eventually (It's done around 70k KM's now), as I said maybe I was lucky, maybe the fact that it had been in dry storage for nearly 6 years in southern Spain helped but low mileage isn't always a bad thing.
