I jumped 87 and 30 pins on both relays, the PCM and the fuel pump relay, but still cranks with no start! I took the computer off the truck. Is there a way to test it?

Thanks!

I would not be jumping any terminals trying to see if it works because you can cause more issues and get deeper in.
Trace the power with the meter. Then if you find the stopping point, solve that issue..
It's not a mater of using the meter but the logic of tracing/chasing the power.
You cannot test the computer.
Good luck.

So, fuse #30 is “fine”.
But does it have any power?

Maybe as simple as crankshaft positioning sensor.

I don't know, but I think it was the crank sensor.
