Welded up and letting it cool. Will grind it flush tomorrow and maybe weld it in.

Well I was somewhat serious until I saw this! I can see buy your work that you pay attention to detail but this statement really shows how much attention you're paying to it. Well done! I like to do things the same way so when I get to the point of figuring out what my frame situation is going to be maybe I will ping you about this then.

I ground down the welds but havenít welded it in yet because I may have to weld in some blind holes

My overall plan is to make it nice although I cannot afford a complete restoration as Iím not a body man and I want show quality. So the plan for now is to paint the engine bay and frame and make it a driver for now.
