Thanks flhx06!
well itís definitely not easy yet a hell of a lot cheeper than a $2200 controls pack. Would have liked to have it for sure but DANG,$2200! I tried to buy just the harness but of course itís not sold separately ☹️

The blind hole in the spring perch is for an airbag kit I may use so I thought I may as well be ready for it just in case.

I cut the frame at my weld then bent it down and welded it back up and blended it in

The front Mustang irs brackets are done. I welded them on the inside and outside on the three main pieces for extra strength just in case lol

Clearly I do not know enough about new Mustangs because I didnt realize this rearend was part of the package. This build is going to be awesome though. Cant wait to see how it comes out with the IFS.

Thanks guys!! I canít wait to feel how she drives.
yea, the 2015 and up Mustang comes with an irs. The last Mustangs that had them were 1999-2004. I was going to go with the Lincoln mark viii irs and actually acquired two of them while trying to get one, lol, so if anyoneís looking for one I have two with the mounting brackets from team 321. Anyway before I started my build I happened to come across some pics of the Mustang irs and I was sold. The only thing is I havenít decided what shocks are springs to use yet. There are three different options Iím considering right now and none are cheep. what Iím sure of is that I want some kind of helper bags so I can still tow with it.

If I had the guts (and the know how with fab) to take on the work I’d buy one of those Lincoln IRS setups from you. I bet your truck is going to stick like glue to the road. This build is going to be fun to watch!

Thanks flhx06!! I appreciate your interest!
as for the Lincoln irs if youíre thinking of one in the future maybe check out team321ís website. It shows people how to install it on there and I donít think the difficulty level is too high. So donít rule it out so fast.
Hope I didnít sound like Iím trying to sell you one lol
