Instrument Cluster Swap NOW Door Ajar/Memory Seat/ Interior/Exterior Lights Stay On
Swapped out the instrument cluster and now it thinks a door is open so the running board and exterior lights stay on until they time out or you drive over 10 mph. Also I'm assuming because of the door ajar issue the memory seats don't work. If I put back in the old cluster this doesn't happen. Any ideas on how to fix?

When we just replaced the one in the V10 Excursion, I was told that we must make sure we get one from another Excursion or it may need to be programmed. We just sent the original one out to Circuit Board Medics and had them refurbished it.
