Question Under Dash Wiring: Bulb and Plug Identification (pics)

So piggy-backing on the courtesy light thread I thought I had found one under my dash that has been hanging around loose under there but it doesn't look like the pictures I'm seeing. Can anyone tell me where this bulb is supposed to go and what this green connector plug might go to? Thanks

The green plug is power for the factory radio. Not sure about the light.

Looks like it’s in the middle of the dash area. As I can see your cigarette lighter. The color being blue with the wires at a 90 degree angle. I’m pretty sure that is your light for the heater controls. I’ve got three and all look the same as that.

Looking at it closer I’m 100% sure that is your light for heater controls.

I agree. That's the only 90° bulb socket I remember pulling when I went through my lights in the dash.

Awesome, thanks everyone! Will be nice having some light on those controls, had no idea there was supposed to be lighting there.

It can be a pain to get it to stay in there, so it might take a couple tries.

If you want you can put an LED in that spot for some excellent illumination! I did that for the two bulbs in the gauge cluster that illuminate the gauges, the bulb you pictured there for the heater controls, and the bulb in the steering column for the gear indicator. Everything else I kept incandescent... for now. lol
