Lost Bolts During Project - Urgent Help Please

I tore my excursion down for T4 turbo, fuel bowl delete, injectors, yadda yadda yadda. I have torn my garage apart, but I cannot find the four long bolts for the power steering/alternator bracket that go into the block. I called the Ford dealer and there is no part number for the bolt. Does anyone have any junk 7.3s in their shop that I can buy these bolts from you or does someone have a part number or bolt type and dimensions? I am stuck like Chuck until I can find these bolts.

13mm head, all four seem to be the same length at 3 1/2" overall, 3 1/8" shaft. About 3/8" bolt (don't know what that is in mm) and it's a 1.5 thread. Flange bolt, looks hardened, has 10.9 stamped in head and you can probably get them at ACE hardware.

13mm head should be a M8 thread, possibly M8x1.25? Can't say I've ever had mine off, but I was dealing with M8 bolts earlier putting an air dryer in a truck.
