Rear Folding Seat Switch Wiring

I recently bought a 2007 former police (bare bones fleet) Expedition. It didn't have a third row seat, so I found one from a junk yard. The seat is a powered folding seat from an Eddie Bauer Expedition. The wiring to the seats is simple enough (two wires to each motor-one way is up, switch polarity for down). The switches have five pins. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the switch? I didn't get a plug/harness, so I'm connecting individual wires to each of the five pins for each side. Bonus points if you can tell me what size fuse to use.

How about the full wiring diagram with switch connector pinouts included?
