I have a 2016 F350 crew cab with *ahem* Sony premium sound. Only its not so premium.

I upgraded the front speakers to some Infinity Kappas and they sound awesome.

Go to the PAC website and look at the Amp Pro or go to the Audio Control website and take a look at the DM-610 and their new 6 channel amp. These two Audio Control pieces should cover everything you mentioned except the actual sub

Also, you can get a much better sub than the Kicker.
