I've got a '96 f250 powerstroke with 275,000 miles on it. The motor seems tight and runs well minus some boost issues and a need for fresh injectors. I've also got an '03 ambulance with a low mileage 7.3 in it. My question is, what parts are interchangeable between the two and what parts would be an upgrade for my current OBS setup? I am aware of a couple but am curious if I am missing anything. Thanks for any input!

 

I don't know know specifics off the top of my head but my co workers have brought this up a time or two and the consensus is generally, no most internals are not interchangeable between a truck 7.3L and E-series 7.3L.
