I have a 2016 F-250 Lariat and I am in Maryland.

Sat night we shifted to daylight savings time.

When I het the sync to GPS on the touch screen it goes to standard east coats time (Non-daylight saving time)

I manually moved the hour up and then it it again and its jumped back an hour.

The GPS / Nav system seems to be working fine.

Any idea?

 

The clock does not have DST settings. Are you crossing into other time zones? Or near a different time zone. You can turn off time zone updates.
