95 ford f150 fuel issue

95 ford f150 fuel issue
Just bought a 95 f150 4.9 5spd, it will crank and crank but wont start. fires right up with starting fluid though but dies right shortly after. assuming fuel pump, single gas tank also, what should i look for?

What the fuel pressure is at the fuel rail with a gage.
Also check the codes before replacing parts.
