The Ranger Raptor is available with any engine you want in Asia, so long as it's a 2.0-liter turbo diesel. But what will be under the hood when the hardcore off-roader reaches our shores?

 

I would love a tuned diesel but I know I'm in the minority..
Given that the regular Ranger is getting the 2.3 Ecoboost I would expect the RR to have either the 2.7 Ecoboost or maybe even the 3.5 Ecoboost. That would be a hoot!

 

I like the way you think with that 3.5Ego in there, throw a good tune on it, and OH BOY!!!!
