Getting our last day of rain from this storm today, and supposed to be clear all next week. Will see if that actually pans out though.

Morning Pat & Jim.
They are predicting rain & wind here. So far it is threatening but seems to be trapped in the 11,000 ft mountains just west of us. In fact we sit at the base of range.
