Transmission Limp Mode Mode 2002 F250

I have pulled the dash and have gone through most all of the wire continuity checks I could get to. Can this be a relay in the small electrical box under the hood?

Symptoms:
Blinking Overdrive Light
Max Engine Spreed is 1500 rpm (limp home mode)

What I have Checked:
All Wire Connections under the Dash
Wire Continuity for Overdrive Switch
All Fuses for Continuity
Ground Wire Continuity to the Block.

When did this happen:
When I moved a ****ty alarm install away from the bundle of wires under the dash. The Alarm was acting up and I wanted clear access to it so that I could attach a BitWriter to it.

You have an electrical code for every solenoid in the transmission. That can't be in the OD switch wiring. It's almost certainly a problem with the wiring to the solenoid body. That connection is on the passenger's side of the transmission.

What about the connection forward of the firewall. Can it be there?

Are there any relays under the hood that can be the cause of the problem?

Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

It can be anywhere from the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) to the transmission. You have so many things electrical that show a fault that I wouldn't be surprised if you find the harness has been cut in two. I don't think any relays could cause this.
