interference or not

Is my 2016 3.7 liter 350 transit xlt motor an interference motor ? I cant seem to get good info on this. Also is it belt or chain driven timing belt

I'm a bit late to respond, but yes it's an interference design. The camshafts are chain driven. there's a primary and secondary chain for each cylinder bank, and for the most part these engines seem to have a reliable timing drive.
