This F-150 Is Burning White Hot

Everything is bigger in Texas, including one man's aspirations for his 2015 F-150 Lariat. Check out this low riding white lightning inside.

Lot of work went into this. I can appreciate that the paint job is cool. but a lowered truck is not my cup of tea.

I find it odd that he did all that work but left the chrome grill and bumper on.

I agree. I think it would look better with bumper and grill painted.

+1 Plus the flames should be more "flamey". A bit red & orange to make actual flame-like look.

I prefer old school flames as well. When my wife had ghost flames painted on her PT Cruiser, I tried to talk her into having the colorful flames so they would stand out. She was determined and went with the ghost flames. She won't admit it, but I think she wishes she had listened to me. You can hardly see the flames, and it would cost too much to redo them. BTW the rest of the car is done old school anyway.

I don't like chrome, don't like painted flames, and don't like lowered trucks....so why am I writing anything here with so many other things I could be doing? Might be because it's raining cats and dogs outside and that's the excuse I'm going to use. Have a great day everyone !

Yah. I'm not really a flame kind of guy either. However, if someone is going to have "flames", they should go all in (I'm not going to do the pansy-style all black flames or the more flamey flames). IOW, I'm OK with looking at them, but I don't want to look at them every day.

You warm weather guys are mean. I guess us snow folk just appreciate the opportunity to have 2wd all year long.

It's not all that bad but I agree, the chrome has to go. I thought Chrome was a Cali thing and Texas went the murdered out black theme?

I'm born SoCal but won't go back. I'll take the black over chrome too.

"Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder".
This particular beholder does see ANY beauty in this truck, but if you like it, them go for it.
It is just not my style. It is not anybody's style in South Georgia that I have seen, but then we are mostly either Rednecks or Bubbas, with an occasional Good Old Boy in the mix.

I would love to hear your distinctions between these sub-types!
